Independent record label seeks experienced sales personnel for sales manager position. Lead generation and follow-up are crucial. Manager must be pleasant and have good phone and organization skills. Music being sold is celtic, new age, spiritual, blues and pop. Once orders are taken they are handed off to other support personnel. Reports directly to President of the record label and is responsible for reaching monthly sales quota`s. Base salary of $2K per month PLUS 10% commission on all net sales (new and existing accounts) PLUS benefits. Special bonuses also offered for new accounts. Hours somewhat flexible.
Compensation: $2K base PLUS 10% commission on net sales PLUS benefits
